Join South Australia's only Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, Kym Burls, for a deep-dive into the transformational world of breathwork & cold exposure.

This full-day experiential event has been designed as a practical learning laboratory, for you to expand your Wim Hof Method practice and explore other elements of breathwork, to further enhance your mind-body connection.

You will learn 2 new Wim Hof Method breathing techniques as well as tips & tricks to get more from the original breathing technique. Importantly you'll also have the opportunity to solidify what you've learned during the day.

This is your opportunity to benefit from my 6+ years practicing and teaching the Wim Hof Method... so come prepared with questions!


Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Explore altered states of consciousness through a deep, guided Wim Hof Method Power Breathing session
  • Learn different adjustments to refine and deepen your existing breathing practice
  • Bust common myths and misconceptions about the Wim Hof Method
  • Learn to supercharge your internal heater with a simple breathing technique
  • Challenge your limiting beliefs and hone your mental strength with challenging ice baths exercises, in a safe, controlled environment


As Wim says “The limit is not in the sky. The limit is in the mind.” So let’s explore and expand that limit together!
