Welcome in this cozy space of imagination!

This is a space of attunement to you and bringing the connection to life desires to the center as you start a new chapter.

I am very excited to share this workshop with you in our community space as we enter 2024!!! Open for ladies & gents.

We will be creating together a powerful and loving field for inner dive and self inquiry into your deep desires.

✨ Feeling in, finding attunement and clarity

✨ Bringing imagination and calling in deeper visions of your heart for this life chapter of your personal journey.

Find connection with a beautiful community of people with shared interest on personal growth.

It includes workshop and follow up guidance to support integration and aligned action in your daily life.

Good to know: This process has not to do with rational goals but intuition and attunement to deeper parts of ourselves, what wants to happen.

At its core, is:

⚡️ What is calling you to be experienced and lived in this moment?

⚡️ What becomes possible when you allow yourself to tap into, create-receive that?

I will be holding space for you, and sharing an exploring frame for you to play with, flow, dive inside and inquiry into this in different areas of your life, relationships, intimacy.

What to Expect

We are going to be working with

- Life coaching tools to support self inquiry

- Meditation, journalling, visualization, imagination & senses, embodiment to dive in.

- Tracking images to connect with deeper parts of you (and your subconscious mind & heart).

You will come out with:

Guidance to create your vision board from this deeper place;

Tips on how to stay connected to your life desires and let it be fuel and inspiration as you awaken and move through your daily life (they will of course be changing and you will be able to adapt).

Feeling it as already happening in your body as process to open yourself to receive what is calling you (we often resist a lot with the mind the things we most desires as it can be terrifying to expand :)

Let’s talk a bit about practices to cultivate energy in an embodied way to fuel the connection to your visions. These include and are not limited to ‘sex magic’. How you can use your connection to your sensual energy to fuel the connection to your visions

Amazing tools to stay connected with your heart desires, in your body.

I love using what I will share with you in my own life. I have had the opportunity to also shared these practices with mixed groups and in private coaching and really love seeing the gifts that open up.

It is about the potential of this unlimited space of deep listening from stillness, and curiosity sensing and open to what wants to happen.

There is something special in being able to gift oneself time and space for self prioritization. Finding clarity and inspiration.

And of course, having the space held in an open, loving, curious and playful way helps.

You will have the opportunity to try out different practices so you can choose to take what resonates with you to your daily life, drop what does not resonate.

Exploring manifestation tools on life desires is not at all about the destination itself, but rather a sense of direction from the heart.

Nourishing the connection to your aliveness. To deeper parts of yourself as GPS.

It is about soulful and creative living by becoming more of who we are as we follow what truly calls us in each moment.

Doing personal dive in group settings creates a powerful energy. At the start of 2024, my intention for this workshop is for us to create together a momentum, like riding a wave towards what feels alive and calls all of you.

BONUS - Launch Your Vision - Integration and Q&A coaching Session

A gift for you, to launch your vision...

After 5 days of our journey in person you will receive a Live Session for integration to gather with our group held by me online.

When: Thursday 18th, at 7 pm in zoom.

This will be an aprox. 1h integration, creating momentum and Q & A session with the goal to

• Launch your vision: a ritual where you can call forth and be witnessed at the energy you call forth which is very powerful
• We will also cover a few practices to cultivate energy towards your vision and stay connected to it in your daily life. Stay connected in your day to day to what ignites your body and heart.
• Any additional questions will be covered here

After some experiences of this workshop, I created this container so you can finalize the process in this supported container in a progressive way.

If for any reason you would not be able to attend you can have access to the recording for a month.

You will also receive a brief support material to keep with you for inspiration.

Limited spaces so that guidance can be personal.

What to bring for session:

- Comfortable clothes that feel good to you and allow you to move freely.

- Mobile phone, lap top or tablet with internet access

- Notebook for journalling

- Any magazines with pictures that inspire if you, if you have are encouraged for your personal use . As we will explore connection with images, the more the merrier for your creative journey (you can also combine with search online and I will also have aditional magazines available for group use).
- Snacks (encouraged for boost :))

- Your heart on the sleeve

In the week after

- Make sure to separate some time and space to integrate insights and finalize your vision before our bonus call. 2-3 hs is good to have a relaxed space to work with images.

Of course you can take as much time as you wish to enjoy your creative inner journey.

About your host:

Hi there! I am Janaina

Life & intimacy coach (certified with Center for Transformational Presence), tantra and embodied teacher (VITA Institute of Tantra, Sampoorna Yoga Institute, embodied trainings). I have being very curious about tools for manifestation to support guiding my choices from the place of ‘what I truly wish to live’ in each moment. I learned practices from inspiring teachers, adapting on the way as I practice and share. Seeing how it serves the beautiful people I worked with is a big part of motivation to keep sharing this.

I am very interested in everything related to embodiment of our souls-heart calls-deeper selves, here. How we can create more life in this life.

I feel the world would be very different if we would wake up every day connected with and curious to our hearts, our bodies and what we truly wish to live.

For me this is about making love to life and welcoming the unknown. I love co-creating spaces where we can exchange and live more of that aspect of ourselves: the freedom and joy of becoming what we truly wish to.
