Welcome to our event where you can run, exhale, and rest, enjoying the movement of your body and the relaxing effects of breathwork and meditation.

We'll meet at the beautiful Atelier Du Mon. From there, you can choose to join the gentle or high intensity running group, after which you'll enjoy the fresh air as you move your body.

Then we'll return to Atelier Du Mon and find comfort and peace on the yoga mat. A smooth body stretch will flow into an immersive breathwork expeirence where you'll down-regulate your body into a calm state.

After a short meditation, the event will finish by building bridges amongst like-minded people.

If you're looking to release stress, enjoy the power and peace of your body, and connected with others who seek joy, this event is for you.


The event will be led by fitness trainer and breathwork facilitator Harry French and fitness trainer and running enthusiast Louise Seghers.


Please bring:


Running shoes

A yoga mat (you can leave it at the venue of course!)

Workout clothes

A warm jumper and tracksuit

A bottle of water.
