Do you want to contribute a little bit of your time to help make Antwerp a litter-free zone? Join us for the Antwerp Plogathon, powered by Antwerp Management School!

About the Event:
We're students from Antwerp Management School who are passionate about sustainability, and we are thrilled to invite you to join us for the Antwerp Plogathon on the 25th of May 2024! Let's team up to tidy up our city by picking up as much litter as we can. It's not about how fast you go, but about making a difference together, so whether you're young or old, big or small, everyone is welcome!
Event Schedule:
● 1:30 PM: Meet-up at Mechelseplein. Get your trash bag, litter-grabbing stick, and gloves (or bring your own!).
● 2:00 PM: Kick-off the Plogathon. The goal? To collect as much litter as possible in the Antwerp city center around the Antwerp Management School campus.
● 5:00 PM: Regroup at Mechelseplein. Drop off your filled trash bag for a refreshing kombucha and some fruit.
● 5:15 PM: Alderwoman Els Van Doesburg and hardcore plogger Jean-Paul Meus will share a few words with us. The winner will be announced.
● 5:30 PM: Celebration time! Food and drinks to celebrate a cleaner Antwerp.
Competition:
Join us and register for free! Only one member per group has to register. The group who collects the highest amount of kilograms will win a swapfiets (e-)bike subscription for one month per group member. Remember, the goal is to clean up the city, so let's focus on the litter and make Antwerp shine!
