The concept of the Inversion retreat, is to bring you out of your mind and back into a landed connection with your body. We’re going to be working in the realm of somatic awareness, “inverting” the hierarchy of brain over body, to allow your body to speak, express and open in new ways.
The goal is that you come away from the weekend having developed a renewed understanding of what it means to orient to your body and live in greater congruence with your deepest self.
Bodega Ridge is spread over 22 acres of land, surrounded by lush forest and ocean views.
