Through the chakras to yourSelf is a 50 hour module that will lay foundations for your practice, personal development, and teaching. Our guide on the journey will be the chakra system which describes seven energy centers located within the body, each influencing us on a physical as well as psychological level.
You can expect to learn in depth about each of these centers and use them as a guide to growing into your fullest self. Each day we’ll discuss one of the centers, break down and deeply understand the asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques related to that chakra.
You can expect to learn about the subtle body as well as the anatomy and biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system, anatomy-based sequencing, energetic alignment, open your voice in voice-activation workshop, and explore what are the mudras and how to use them.
