Laurent Dehors and François Thuillier have been working together for 25 years in a variety of bands, and they were keen to get together on a common repertoire. The virtuosity and personalities of these two exceptional musicians will give the members of the Big Doo-Doo Band a great deal of openness, and by confronting an unusual repertoire, they will emerge nourished by new energy. Having had the pleasure of playing in an orchestra in his youth, Laurent Dehors knows how to bring out the best in the different sections and give the musicians the chance to blossom around a composition that is both demanding and jubilant, ranging from solo to 'explosive' tutti.
