Health professionals are offering workshops on preventing undernutrition in the elderly at the Lycée des Fontenelles. The workshop on 18 March starts at 10am and the one on 28 March at 2pm. These two workshops are the first in a series of 4 workshops open to anyone who works with elderly people at home. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 12. You will discover the "Manger Mains" technique, which involves preparing dishes that can be eaten without cutlery. The programme is the same for all the workshops. They begin with a discussion with a health professional, followed by the cooking workshop where you will learn to prepare dishes using the "Manger Mains" method. You'll prepare dishes as varied as ham and Vache-qui-rit rolls, tuna and courgette samoussas and protein muffins that you can take home with you.
