How to make sourdough bread and its traditional basket
Workshop from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
A day making sourdough bread (easy to reproduce at home). Feeding your leaven, shaping and leavening your bread before putting it in your domestic oven will hold no more secrets for you. During the day, leavening times will give you the opportunity to learn spiral basketry to make a doormat (to make it rise!).

Anaïs Boutin is a woollen craftswoman and producer of vegetable dyes in Quarré-les-Tombes. She grows dye plants and picks them in the wild to make vegetable dyes and paints that she uses on local wool or vegetable fibres (fabric, paper).
