Our extremely charming masseur Pierre is back, after many successful Massage Retreats, to turn a group of lucky hopefuls into masseurs. Over four days, he’ll be taking you thorough the basics of ‘Myofacial Release’ and ‘Trigger Point Therapy’ - teaching you how to release tension and repair muscle damage.

You’ll start with the fascinating theory behind both approaches, and Pierre will then demonstrate some of the techniques on members of the group - while you mirror his movements as he goes. You’ll then be able to practice what you’ve just learnt on your fellow students.

Pierre’s workshop won’t grant you a diploma of course , but in 4 days, you’ll be able to give a safe full-body massage, find and release tensions throughout the body, understand the magic of ‘trigger points’ and achieve a good level of myofascial release techniques. All of which you can use to give that special someone an amazing massage.
