Once upon a time, Southern Albania and part of Greece were a single territory under the sonorous name of the autonomous region of northern Epirus. The capital of Northern Epirus was the beautiful city of Ioannina, which housed the residence of Ali Pasha Tepelensky, the ruler of Epirus, who in turn was originally from the Albanian city of Tepelena! Times and rulers have changed, the borders of the two states have changed, but even now southern Albania and Epirus Greece are very similar — similar national costumes, music and dances, similar dishes and drinks, similar customs and traditions. We would like to introduce you to these traditions and show them from both sides — Albanian and Greek! This is going to be a unique tour! two countries are so different and so close in spirit!
