The program consists of one hour lessons with instructor and one hour of independent paddling. Before you hit the water for the first time, we'll teach you the basics on land.Choosing the right board, adjusting the length of the paddle, the correct position on the board, paddling in lying and kneeling position, getting up, paddling and turning techniques.. After that, you will be practising on the water for your first time under supervision. After an hour with the instructor, you are ready to paddle on by your self into the National Park right next to our SUP centre. Registration: A pre-registration or payment is not required. Please arrive well in advance (about 20 minutes) to register. What to bring: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, identity card or driver's license Payment: in cash before the program. If necessary, you can also hire wetsuit (1.000- HUF / hour)
