See with your own eyes the place where the Ganges begins? What about visiting the cave where sadhus live? What about visiting the Hindu Temple, where people say you can revive the dead?
We will see and visit all this on my tour to the Indian Himalayas. Uttarakhand is one of the most interesting and beautiful regions in India with temples, lakes and mystical corners. Today, this region is little known by foreign tourists. But there are atmospheric attractive places that real travelers want to visit.
On my tour, I suggest visiting famous and sacred Hindu sites:
• Rishikesh is the yoga capital of the World, located on the right bank of the Ganges.
• Gangotri is one of the holy places among Chota Char Dham. Gangotri is the source of the Ganges River and is home to the goddess Ganga.
But I suggest looking at all these places from a different angle. We'll visit caves around the area and have a chance to chat with yogis in person! Pujas are organ…
