Amma devotes every moment of her life to healing suffering humanity. She came into the world as a conductor of light and goodness, awakening the divine component of people's hearts everywhere.
Amma argues that her main principle of approaching people is not to communicate in words, but to interact directly with the energies of love. Her darshan starts around noon and lasts for several hours.
By her own count, she's hugged 35 million people in her lifetime.
