Would you be interested in joining a two-day, one-night climb to Mt. Nishihotaka-dake in the Northern Alps of Japan?
The highlight of this adventure is reaching Nishiho-Doppyo and the top of Nishihotaka-dake climbing up the snowy mountain ridgeline trail with spectacular views.
• *The trip Description:**
• *Day 1**: We'll meet at 8:30 am at the Shinhotaka Ropeway Station. Two ropeways will take us to the upper station, the starting point for the main trail leading to Nishihotakadake Hut. It's about a 90-minute hike through the snowy forest to reach the Hut. After taking short breaks at the Hut, we'll head towards Nishiho Maruyama and stay overnight.
• *Day 2:** We'll kick off the day at 7:00 am, beginning our ascent to the summit of Mount Nishihotaka via Nishiho-Maruyama and Nishiho Doppyo. The round trip from the Hut to the summit and back takes approximately 6 hours. After reaching the summit, we'll descend and return to the Shinhotaka Ropeway Station.
