For those in a process of healing or seeking a deeper connection with their inner world, the Inhale retreat offers a more private approach. Honoring the unique unfolding of each individual’s process, these retreats help to retune our internal compass, reimagining how we would like to experience our external reality.

To ensure a safe foundation, an Inhale retreat begins with medical and psychological screening, from there we begin your preparatory process through a series of journaling prompts and zoom calls. The preparation calls you will have a chance to get to know your facilitators, establishing a relationship founded on trust and openness.

While onsite you will only be joined by a max of five other participants, your sessions with the molecule will be private, as well as your daily integration sessions. Various group activities will help to foster a sense of community and in your downtime you can choose to connect with your fellow attendees, or take time to yourself in introspect…
