Start every day with meditation, a Bon Buddhist lineage Meditation led by authorized leader Elena Ochoa. No matter what level of meditation you are in, you will learn a powerful practice you can continue to use thereafter.

Following, Roxana Gonzalez-Pouza with teach the basics of Chinese Medicine on how the impact of your emotional experiences can be addressed through the simple yet powerful 5 Element Auricular Acupuncture model. Also, learn how to make your own herbal remedies, based on the passed-down knowledge of an indigenous healer, Dona Vicenta, taught by Elena Ochoa. Ends with the option of experiencing a Temazcal (sweat lodge), a ceremony steeped in Mexican heritage with health and therapeutic benefits.
