Join Julien Pell and Miki Ash for a 5 night transformational yoga retreat in Troncones, Mexico, where we will embrace the lively energy of the Spring season and discover your “inner bloom.” That which lives inside of you, waiting and longing to be expressed.
We'll be staying at Lo Sereno, a private beachfront oasis located in the magical seaside village of Troncones, which boasts pristine unspoiled beaches and world-class surf. Troncones is nestled between the Sierra Madre mountains and the Mexican Riviera and is located just 35 minutes from Zihuatanejo Airport.
Enjoy yoga and movement practices 2x daily, where we will weave in juicy hands-on adjustments, breath work, energetic clearing practices, journaling, meditation, and Yoga Nidra that will nourish your soul and bring you back home to yourself.
