Ecstatic Dance is a careful crafted wave dance. It starts slow, builds to an ecstatic peak and descends into stillness. We dance to feel all aspects of our life. The journey is medicine for body, mind and soul. There is no need to follow any specific steps. Experience the joy of free-form dancing in a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. Be you. The chosen music will take you on a deep journey.

The gathering will be held in a safe container, with an introduction to Ecstatic Dance, as well as an opening and closing circle. African sounds, instruments and lyrics will take us on a deep exploration.

The things we are not using during the journey are words, phones and intoxications.

Mathias is established in ecstatic dance journeys, where he connects participants through sound waves with the wisdom of their bodies and bridges their souls with divine consciousness. His mixes are designed to inspire us for a global awakening.
