Hey lovely ladies ~ Join us for the 2nd year of SURF HOOP YOGA, a women's retreat on the tranquil beach of Popoyo, Nicaragua April 4-10

We have a luxury surf lodge with beachfront yoga deck, infinity pool, and private chef! One of the days we'll head out for an adventurous day trip to Masaya Volcano, Granada, & the largest lake in Central America.

We'll learn to surf, discover our hoop flow, and practice yoga together to the rhythm of waves. But there will be plenty of time to just CHILL, too!

Enjoy the dreamy sand-tatamis dining space, your own private veranda, and some of the best sunsets EVER! I lived in Nicaragua for 9 months and have really solid, kind local guides, transportation connections, and surf instructors lined up. And A portion of proceeds goes to a local program uplifting young Nicaraguan girls through surfing and business skills

No doubt you'll leave with a spark of inspiration, a newfound sisterhood, and incredible memories <3
