Items to Bring:
- Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water and anything to make your experience more comfortable we will be laying down for about an hour Itinerary
- 10:30am: Sign in-please arrive on time
- 10:45am: Intros/Set Intentions
- 11am: Mini Ayurvedic head massages for deep relaxation Sound bath with a variety instruments including Tibetan & crystal bowls, guitar, chimes, and singing.
- 12:00pm: Sharing circle
