Bukowina Tatrzanska, Poland The Telemark Section of the SN PTT Club Zakopane 1907 invites enthusiasts of the free heel to the seventh annual Telemark skiing competition. This event, open to all, including non-Facebook users, promises a day of fun and social gathering for Telemark skiing aficionados. Scheduled for Saturday, March 2, 2024, the competition aligns with the International Day of Telemark, celebrating this unique skiing technique that combines elements of Alpine and Nordic skiing. Kotelnica Białczańska Ski Resort, located on trail no. 8a, will once again host the event, continuing its tradition as the go-to venue for Telemark competitions. The competition will follow the classic Telemark format, challenging participants to navigate through gates, jump off ski jumps, complete a 360-degree loop, and finish with an uphill sprint to the finish line.
