# A concert by five Polish bands drawing on various styles of metal and rock – everything from thrash, death, heavy, to melodeath and prog rock will be heard at Leśniczówka this evening.
Hailing from Lędziny in Silesia, Axe Crazy play melodic heavy metal with strong echoes of the 1980s. They have been active on stage since 2010; in 2014 they debuted with the EP *Angry Machines*. Since then they have released two more albums, the latest of which is 2019's *Hexbreaker*. Black Light is a Polish progressive rock band formed in 2019 in Krakow, Poland. The third band in the lineup, Sosnowiec-based Iscariota, was formed in 1990 by vocalist Piotr Piecak and guitarist Dominik Durlik. At first, the band played melodic death metal, but already on their first album (*Cosmix Paradox*, 1995) they started to turn towards direct thrash; this direction continued throughout the following decades of activity, drawing on classic heavy metal and hard rock.
