Join Us for a Shabbaton City Weekend in Warsaw, Poland

We're on the lookout for a few awesome, adventorous people to join our ShulMates Shabbaton in Warsaw Poland.

Poland has a fascinating Jewish culture and heritage, once the centre of European Jewish life, the city has witnessed both the destruction and now the revival of Jewish life - it has the title of the most Israeli restaurants and cultural centres second to Hungary! Warsaw has a wonderful (insanely affordable) ecletic night life and culture, making it the perfect location for our next ShulMates adventure.

We've snagged a couple apartment blocks and have room for up to 10 people. Arrive at your own pace on Friday; we'll be starting our evening seeped in history in one of Poland's oldest surviving synagogues, still active today, followed by a very special friday night dinner (fully kosher). Saturday is all about celebrating Shabbat and community - we'll be using the breathtaking Polin Museum of Jewish history as our base for exploring and discussing Jewish life past and present. Sunday and Monday brings Warsaw exploration with Jewish tours and visiting important culture centres of contemporary Jewish life.

What's included in the price:

-Single or Twin Bed Accomodation for 3 nights in a central 4* apartment or hotel (the price may vary depending on the numbers. We find apartments are the best for both comfort and creating the atmosphere we want)

-Friday Night Shabbat dinner experience and Saturday Kiddush Lunch (fully kosher meals either at a local synagogue or jewish community centre. we've found these make the best experiences for community)

-Kosher-style Apartment breakfast and pantry fill

-Any travel on local transport that requires group booking

What's not included in the price:

Travel to destination or day trips travel

Saturday Night Meal (we've found some very budget friendly, kosher venues for Saturday night)

Heritage or Social activities (so you can choose what you would like to participate in over the weekend)

Airport Shuttle/Transfers (because it depends on when you arrive and leave)

2.Once you are confirmed, you must submit your booking preferences via eventbrite first. (it is all free however a payment will be calculated at a later date once you have confirmed your booking)
