The Moscow Theater of Oleg Tabakov for the second time in his history refers to the "Matrosskaya Tishina" by Alexander Galich - one of the dramatic masterpieces of Soviet drama. Once this play could open the theater "Contemporary", but was banned. For over twenty years, for censorship reasons, it was not available to filmmakers, actors, or viewers. Silence of "Sailor's Silence" was interrupted by Oleg Tabakov, putting in 1990 in the basement on Chaplygin Street a play that immediately became a "hit" of Moscow theater. "Sailor's Silence" in the direction of Oleg Tabakov and design of Alexander Borovsky visited on tours in two dozen cities of Russia and a dozen cities in the world, always causing a hot response from the audience.
