What is this year's topic? EU Integration and Future Resilience:
Since the 2016 Brexit referendum, the EU has existed in a “crisis of confidence.” Yet despite a state of perma-crisis and the war in Ukraine, the EU has considered further expansion of its political frontiers and increased political integration. EPPC 2024 will focus on this integration-disintegration balance, emphasizing the need for open discussions and informed solutions in the face of major challenges to the European community.
What is the European Public Policy Conference?
EPPC 2024 is a dynamic three-day event designed to explore and engage with various facets of EU integration and resilience. Over two full days, followed by a half-day session, we will delve into key topics shaping the future of the European Union. Our lineup includes keynote speakers, interactive panels, and insightful breakout groups geared toward fostering a deeper understanding of EU Enlargement, EU Collaboration and Trade, and the EU as a Geopolitical Actor.
First hosted in 2008, the European Public Policy Conference is an annual event organized by Master's students from the Hertie School in Berlin and sponsored by the IPLI foundation.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: After signing up, you will receive more information on how to submit your ID information before the conference, as required by IE University security protocols.
TICKETS:
In order to streamline our planning process and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, we're offering three ticket options. While all tickets will be free of charge, we're structuring the options in this manner to obtain a clear headcount for planning and catering purposes.
1. 3-Day Option: Includes access to all conference sessions and events, with lunch provided on each day.
2. One-Day Option: Grants access to the conference for a single day, not including lunch.
3. One-Day Option with Lunch: Provides access to a single day of the conference and admission to lunch.
