12th-15th August 2024 at 14th century Monastery in the heart of MallorcaThe Sant Honorat Monastery is an established place of worship, a sacred site. By stepping outside of your ordinary surroundings and into its charged field, you'll create a portal through which a deep transformation is accessible.

5pm-7pm Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

13th and 14th August:
5-7.30am Aquarian Sadhana
8.30-9.30am Breakfast
10.30-11am Healing Gong Bath
11am- 12.30pm Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
1.30-2.30pm Lunch

8pm Dinner

Place:
We will live and practice at a 14th century Monastery situated in the mystical mountains on the island of Mallorca. Sant Honorat Hermitage is surrounded by peace and silence, it's a true hidden gem even though it's located only a 30min drive from the Palma airport.
The congregation and community living at Sont Honorat value simplicity, modesty and humility as an overall way of life. During our retreat we will honour those principles and focus on deep inner work, silent contemplation and harmonious community living.
The place holds a very unique vibration of deep silence and serenity. Upon entering this sacred site you'll immediately feel more grounded, calmer and at peace. We encourage you to also spend some alone time in the beautiful chapel where the energy is very supportive of tapping into your most authentic inner prayer and gratitude.
Meals:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price of the retreat (please see the daily schedule).
The meals are vegetarian and prepared by the congregation members living at the Monastery. A lot of the vegetables come directly from the Monastery's garden. The meals are simple, nourishing and authentic to the local cuisine.
