Pre-Pesach EXODUS

Join us for a city escape before Pesach, symbolizing our "exodus" from daily life.

We'll meet at 11AM at the Ocata train station, then start our journey together with Hevruta study on the beach nearby. Led by Noelia Bernardez and Noah Fulton Beale, we'll delve into texts on the Exodus's impact on identity, and discuss how the Seder strengthens communal bonds.

Then, we'll take a ~20-25 min walk together to the Aurora del Camp community farm. There, we'll meet with the farm's leaders and enjoy a light lunch (with fresh vegetables from the farm! and Parve/veg/vegan/GF-friendly options!).

After that, we'll exercise our creativity by decorating Matzos covers to use at our own Seders (or just keep for decoration). Natalie will show us illustrations from the famous illuminated Haggadot of medieval Catalunya, and guide us in using their symbols in our designs.
