So you've covered the basics... now what?

Together we'll explore the next steps in your improv. We'll add to your arsenal of skills with targeted focus on "the cave"; shifting from talking and planning, to doing!

With the help of our trusty friend "yes and" we often say "yes", and then feel like things have spiraled out of control: "How did I end up doing that!? That scene was all over the place!" Or players might get stuck in the preparation phase, "Let's go camping! Wait, I forgot my tent...". We're great at presenting our own blocks and never getting great simple ideas off the ground.

In this course we'll dive into the pitfalls and work on course correction when things get too zany. Ultimately this is about being present in the scene and in your character, while you truly listen to your fellow players, AND keep track of the full scene to know how you can contribute for shared success.

Your teacher:
Lauren Berning is the found of international brand TBC Improv (UK, Hong Kong and Spain). She has over 25 years of improv experience and will delight you with targeted content and feedback for your improv journey.
