In den Workshops erwartet dich unglaublich viel Embodiment und Kreativität. Es gilt zu jederzeit die Devise: alles ist eine Einladung. Nichts muss. Du darfst von Moment zu Moment entscheiden, wofür du bereit bist. Es wird Nacktheit geben, du musst aber nicht teilnehmen. Kristin und ich legen großen Wert auf ein traumasensibles Setting, wo du jederzeit im Einklang mit deinen Wünschen und Grenzen handeln kannst. Bei diesem Retreat liegt der Fokus auf der sanften Annahme deines Körpers, auf dem Loslassen von Scham, dem Zurückkehren in den Körper, Fühlen tiefster Emotionen und der Verbindung mit deiner Weiblichkeit & deiner Yoni.



Wir arbeiten in diesem Retreat auch mit unserer Yoni und Sexualität, es gibt hier aber kein Self Pleasuring.

6 Tage abschalten vom hektischen Alltag in einer luxuriösen Villa mit Pool. Eintauchen in deine Weiblichkeit. Nährende Schwesternschaft Momente geniessen, Ferienfeeling, bestärkende Embodiment Übungen in der Villa und am Meer. Yoga, Entspannung, Hingabe, auftanken und vieles mehr.
