The event will be held at the Arvika Sim- & Sporthall, where judo enthusiasts from all over Norway & Sweden will gather to showcase their skills. Judo Arvika in association with Kroppefjälls IF Judo would like to invite you to Arvika Judo Cup 2024 on 7th of September 2024. Competition for U13, U15, U18 & U21. All matches will be live-streamed. AJC is a Level B. competition open for international competitors from the Nordics and Europe with a focus in connecting Norwegian and Swedish judokas. Last year, we had many clubs from Norway competing and this year we are aiming for 50% norwegian and international participations.

COMPETITION DATES

Saturday 7th September:

10:00 Block 1: Competition start U13, followed by U15, U18 and U21. Timings tba.

Sunday 8th September:

08:30 -10:30 AJC Mini-Camp, Randori & Technical sessions. Details tba

DOUBLE ENTRIES

Double entry is allowed for all categories in Arvika Judo Cup 2024.

U13, U15, U18 & U21 are allowed double entries.

Final year's U13 may double without dispense to U15. Final year's U15 may double to U18 without dispense. All U18 may double to U21. First-year students, regardless of age category, can apply for a dispense. Email us for details here [email protected] OR apply for dispense here: [email protected]

P.S Only Swedish registrations needs dispense. This rule does not apply for international contestants from outside of Sweden.

1st of April – 31st of August

LATE REGISTRATION

1st of September - 6th of September and kr. 150+ in fees

ENTRY FEES ARVIKA JUDO CUP

Single-entry fee of 300 SEK (late entry fee 450 SEK 1st - 8th of September) per athlete

Double-entry fee 450 SEK per athlete for 2 classes.

CLUB DISCOUNTS

15 persons - 15% discount

20 persons - 20% discount

21 persons or more - 30% discount, send an email to [email protected]

Start by entering all your judokas and skipping the last step for payment (for now) and send an email with the Smoothcomp ID of the person who will pay the entry fee to [email protected] you will get a discount code sent back to you so you can go ahead with the payment, this must be done when you finalize your payment, can’t be added afterward.

BELT GRADE REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 kyu is required for U13 & U15. A minimum of 4 kyu is required for U18 & U21.

TRANSPORTATION

All transportations not agreed with the organizer are at your own expense and responsibility.

RULES

According to the Contest Rules, Organization Code, and Sporting Code of the Swedish Judo Federation (www.judo.se), the competition will be conducted. Swedish Judo Federation is a member of EJU and IJF.

WEIGH-IN FOR U13, U15, U18 & U21

Friday 8th of September 18:00-21:00

Saturday 9th of September 08:00-09:00 (U13), 09:00-10:00 (U15), 10:00-11:30 (U18 & U21)

No second weigh-in for those who do double entries.

AJC MINI-CAMP

Sunday:

08:30 -10:30 Randori & Technical sessions. Details tba

Arvika Judo Cup 2024 is followed by AJC MINI CAMP a training camp for all ages ... The camp is a mix of Randori Sessions and Technical Sessions. The AJC MINI CAMP is FREE and included in the competition entry fee.
