Autumn is nature’s reset button, come and reset with us for 3 days immersed in nature in the beautiful English countryside.

We design retreats with you in mind, to enable you to pause, take a breath, and give yourself permission to focus on you. With a balanced blend of business, mindset and well-being, we guide and support you to fully reconnect.

The Autumn retreat is for women in business who want to feel alive again, to be calm and in control, to gain a sense of direction and purpose.
