Following on from the hugely successful wellness retreat in September 2023, we are so pleased to present the Empowerment Retreat for you in October 2024 ! Set in the same luxuriouse setting of the beutiful Roses Bower estate we aim to offer you an entire weekend of empowering self care goodness leaving you feeling rested, rejuvinated and powerful ! ( It was so popular however that before we even advertised a lot of the spaces filled up so if you would like to join us please do book early to avoid disapointment )

Just released- Day ticket option for Saturday ! Join us between 7am and 9pm, access to all facilities, all meals and all workshops. Amazing value at just £150

Over the weekend you will be enjoying a whole host of workshops delivered once again by Silvia from Hummingbird Hypnotherapy and Natalia from Temple of the Stars, but also there will be time to rest and take time for yourself as this is equally as important.

Here is just a taster of the weekend but also to note all workshops and activities are completly optional.

Access to private woods and local walks

All your luxury accomodation and vegetraian main meals and drinks are included for you during this weekend retreat in the beautiful Northumberland setting. (please let us know at the time of booking if you have any other dietry requirements) You are free to bring your own snacks, there are four kitchens for you to use at the venue with fridge and cupboard storage. This is a sober event.
