What to expect This retreat is fully residential with nutritious catering and delightful accommodation (everyone has their own room). The environment is really supportive of our practice with a welcoming and comfortable place to stay, beautiful grounds and surrounding countryside. Arrival and orientation is late on Thursday afternoon followed by a rich three days of guided practice and exercises in good company. The spacious timetable allows time for quiet reflection as well as deep engagement in structured group activities. Departure is late Sunday afternoon. Who is the retreat for? Participants may have taken a mindfulness and/or self-compassion training and are least likely to have some familiarity with this field. Some may also have been immersed in this area for a long time.
