We are over the moon to announce that we will be working in conjunction with the Castle Triathlon Club of Prudhoe & Northumbrian Water to bring you the Derwent Reservoir Triathlons in July 2024. For the very first time the Event will be held from the Dam Wall making for a better Swim entry/exit, bike exit/entrance and perfect for the running element. (avoiding the road section of previous years)Swimming will be in the wonderful Reservoir, Cycling on the quiet country lanes around the water followed by the new running routes on the flatish paths & trails. We have Sprint and Standard distances which can be completed by yourself or as a relay, and new for 2024 is the Sprint and Standard Aquabike. (All routes are to be confirmed in early 2024)All finishers will get a Medal, Event Merchandise, snacks & drinks. There is also the option to purchase an event t-shirt for £10 when you sign up. There will be Free parking, photography and as always Live Chip-Timing. m
