In this yoga class, your tween/teen, through movement and breath, will learn valuable tools that support mental well being. This 7-class series will be led by Cathy Riva Bloomgarden, who is certified in movement and meditation, has extensive experience teaching yoga in schools, and has a passion for working with tweens and teens. Her bio is below. Please bring your own mat, all other props will be provided. NOTE: Photos are often taken during our classes. If you do not want your child's photo taken and used on social media, please email us at [email protected]. Class Dates are: 4/10, 4/17, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22. NOTE: No class on 4/24)

Cathy Riva, founder of the wellness brand Celebrate Everyday, is a business coach, reiki master & ADHD teen advisor, bringing tools and awareness to manage stress and maintaining mental health into corporations, such as Viacom, Endeavor, Pryor Cashman; schools, k-12; as well as leading wellness retreats and team building events across the globe. Her passions include bringing information to people that can help improve their life, self growth, and family. Discovering inner celebration, she found mindfulness as a way to ease her own stress and search for deep connection to her purpose and passion.
