Welcome to the First Annual Sanctum Breathwork Retreat! Join us for a transformative experience in the beautiful location of The Hamptons. This event will take place on Fri Oct 11 2024 starting at 11:00 AM EST until Sun Oct 13 2024 at 2:00pm EST. Immerse yourself in a full weekend of Breathwork Journeys, all food provided by Chef Melissa D'Elia, journaling, meditation, and self-discovery. VERY IMPORTANT:

For participants considering attendance at Sanctum breathwork retreats, it is essential to note that this experience may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or those with a personal history of specific medical conditions. These include epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular disease, emphysema, angina, heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, muscular sclerosis, or recent physical injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, especially those involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck, and/or reproductive organs.
