Qualified Memory Care Professional (QMCP) Dementia 2-day Certification

Exceptional leadership in memory care is essential to build, and maintain a flourishing memory support program. This advanced level certification is specifically designed for directors, managers, and professionals who have focused interest in memory care and support.

This advanced 2-day session is designed to provide additional sessions focusing on operations, regulatory issues, assessment evaluation tools, leadership skills, building a dream team, and teaching adult learners for competency and success.

This is a very hands-on participatory training course and offers many realistic and practical interventions.

Participants MUST have successfully completed the level 1- Certified Memory Care Professional (CMCP) course, and have an active status before attending this dementia certification.


Individuals MUST attend both days. Date include:

  • Tuesday, October 1, 2024; and Tuesday, October 8, 2024
  • 8:30 am to 4:30 pm-EST (1) one hour lunch break will be scheduled. Lunch will not be provided.

  • Participants must attend both classes in full in order to have the ability to receive full credit
  • This course cannot be divided between individuals. The same individual must attend both days.
  • Refunds will not be provided for days /hours participant was unable to attend.
  • Registration ticket is for (1) individual only.

This is an advanced level education event.

Target Audience: Health Facility Administrators, Social Workers, Nurses, Activity Professionals, Memory Care Practitioners, Therapists
