Join Cheryl, Mayleen, and Nadia of the Capital District Curvy Yoga Crew (CDCYC) for a weekend on beautiful Lake George. The Soul Space Fall Yoga Retreat will take place at Silver Bay YMCA from October 25 - 27, 2024. Your registration will include various types of yoga and is open to beginner through advanced practitioners*. We will use the power of asana (yoga postures), meditation, pranayama (breathwork), self acceptance/awareness/compassion, community, and more to connect with our SOUL SPACE. This weekend will allow you to relax and restore, connect with yourself and others, leave you feeling empowered and provide you with tools to invigorate your personal practice. You are not required to stay at Silver Bay for the weekend but doing so is recommended to get the most out of the experience. Your stay includes your room for two nights, six meals (dinner Friday through lunch Sunday), and don’t forget access to the beautiful lake, hiking trails and more.


All this for less than $500 per person before taxes and fees. All you need to do is follow the steps below.

  3. Register for the Soul Space event
  4. Wait for your Soul Space email and join us for local events while we anxiously await October 25th.


*Yoga experience is not required.
