Manifest, a Men's Wellness Retreat

Join us for a revitalizing weekend at Kroy Wen Campground in the Western Catskills of New York. This in-person event is designed to help men prioritize their well-being and rediscover balance in their lives. Immerse yourself in a variety of activities and ceremonies that support your physical, mental, and emotional health. Experience expanding yourself and connecting with like-minded individuals on the same journey of adventure and self-reflection. This is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the elements, and leave feeling empowered and inspired.

Included with the ticket

• Dinner Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Meals will be disclosed closer to event.
• A day pass to Kroy Wen which includes all activities minus the ATV excursion
• A camp site for Saturday night

Who is this for?

Cis-men, trans-men, non-binary folks who identify as he/they are all welcome. It is important for us to cultivate a space for men to share themselves in a judgement free atmosphere. Most men will skew towards the 20s - 30s age range however any man 21+ is welcome.

Event Capacity

We will support 30 men at the retreat.

Equipment and Camping

Please bring your own tents and sleeping bags if you have them. If you do not, we can provide them to you for a fee. Please indicate this on the google form we will send you in the email confirmation.

Transportation

If you do not have a means of transportation to get to the venue, please specify this in the google form link you will receive in the confirmation email.

ATV Adventure

If you would like to go on the ATV trip on Sunday morning Sept 10th, you must pay for a separate ticket at checkout.

Accomodating friend groups

If you would like to come with friends that is great and we encourage it. You are welcome to camp together. To indicate which friends you would like to camp with please specify in the google form link you will receive in the confirmation email and we will accommodate that. We do ask that you open yourself up to meeting other men throughout the retreat.

Food allergies and restrictions

If you have any food allergies or restrictions please specify this in the google form link you will receive in the confirmation email.

Reduced pricing

If you would like to attend and are cost conscious, we invite you to join our operations team for a reduced price ticket. Reach out to the organizer for more info (contact info below).

Cell Service

There will be limited cell service coverage at the campsite. We will provide clear directions on accessing the campsite here closer to the event should you get lost on your way in.

About the Organizer

Isaac Wellish is based in the Hudson Valley. He has been in and around men's groups and became inspired to create a weekend for men to connect outside.
