Susan Olin-Dabrowski, BS, CHT, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, and Reiki Master Teacher will lead this one hour monthly meditation program. Meditation can be very helpful for managing stress and improving one’s quality of life. Susan will be introducing a variety of meditation techniques. First timers and experienced meditators are welcome! If attending in person, masks are required. We meet the third Wednesday of every month. Zoom link will be sent upon registration, headset or earbuds recommended. Registration required: [email protected] . Note that the March class will be by Zoom only.
