This year we will focus on multiple levels of of healing and learning how to implement healthy ways of self love and self care.

There will be line dancing, zumba, and yoga to get your bodies moving! You will have the option to receive a free chair massage as well for a little comfort and relaxation!

There will also be delicious and healthy food and refreshments available along with various vendors for you to shop with.

The "Main Event" will be an interactive experience that will include:

-Words of encouragement from special guest speakers

-Create a sister circle

-Fitness/zumba/line dancing
