The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in New York features a beautiful campus with extra amenitites for you to optional enjoy during your retreat: tennis, pickleball, basketball, hiking trails, yoga/tai chi, kayaks on the lake, an extensive libray, a meditation hall, gardens, a sacred labryrinth, a SPA and so much more.

This is a very budget-friendly retreat and allows you to choose your lodging seperately at a discounted rate through the Omega Institute directly. You can even stay offsite anywhere you want and pay ONLY $50 a day to use Omega's campus and enjoy all 3 meals each day. Plus the last day of the retreat you can stay on the campus until 5pm to enjoy everything Omega has to offer. (How about ending your stay with a beautiful spa treatment?)
