The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County is excited to offer Crisis Intervention Training. This training will provide updated information to civilian professionals in Cuyahoga County on engaging and communicating with people in crisis.

The training will cover:

Review of Mental Illness & Substance Use Disorder
Situational Awareness and Safety
Overview of the Cuyahoga County Diversion Center
De-escalation Strategies
Legal Issues Concerning Mental Health
Scenario Based Activities

The training is free of charge.
