If you are searching for a yoga class that will help your body find comfort and ease through movement and rest this offering is for you.

If you are looking for an inclusive space where you can be yourself and support your body there is a spot for you.

If you are seeking connection with others in a small group setting you'll find that here.

We have folding chairs to support your practice. Feel free to bring other props you may need or want like blankets, blocks,or mat(s) for comfort.

This is a 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming space.

The class is free and there is a suggested donation of $10 - $25 to cover operating costs.


About Your Instructor:

Amy Brock has been a teacher for 18 years. They are skilled at making complex topics simple to understand. As a 500 hour multi-disciplined yoga instructor, Amy's initial studies included a focus in Eastern spiritual philosophy and Western anatomy and physiology. Since then, she has completed additional training to guide yoga for trauma and recovery, pre and post natal yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and mantra based meditation. Amy's classes typically include space for introspection and stillness along with fun sequences that will inspire your creativity and self expression. A guided opportunity to connect with other yogis is provided at the beginning and close of class.
