Enjoy a weekend retreat immersed in nature and sisterhood.

In this retreat, we will be exploring embodiment of the four elements Earth, Air, Water and Fire as a practice for coming home into ourselves and into Mother Nature, remembering and embracing our roots as creatures of this Earth.


This retreat will serve you if...

  • You are new to or experienced in embodiment practices.
  • You would like an opportunity to disconnect from daily stressors to ground and refresh your system.
  • You feel called to co-create and receive the medicine of the Divine Feminine.
  • You would like to deepen your relationship to the natural elements and explore your own states of being through this lense.
  • You love to dance, make noise, rest and play--or you want to explore these things in a safe container.


Things to know before signing up:

  • This retreat takes place in a private campground in Sunriver, OR and you will need to provide your own transportation, tent, bedding, and lunches. If you have questions or may need assistance with this, please reach out to me to discuss possible options.
  • Please be prepared for any weather condition as our activities will be taking place outdoors.
  • There are only five spots available for this retreat, so it will be a small and intimate gathering and spots may go quickly.
  • The meals planned are vegan. If you have any other dietary needs, you will have a chance to let me know when you sign up.


About your host:

Jordan Swaggerty has been facilitating embodiment for her clients for 5 years as a Massage Therapist--encouraging awareness of sensation and movement patterns within the body, and the thoughts and emotions that accompany them. She also became a certified Sister Circle Facilitator in 2020 with Global Sisterhood and has facilitated a number of women's New Moon and Poetry circles. Jordan also enjoys singing, dance practices, rock climbing and arts & crafts in her free time.
