The importance of ceremony and rites of passage has been mostly missing in Western culture, yet so important for the psyche and healthy transition through the seasons of life.

As women, one of the most important initial points of transition (that is a missed rite of passage) is as a girl when first starting our period. This can be a confusing time, and if not approached consciously, can lead to developing negative and limiting concepts and belief systems regarding our body and sexual/reproductive development and expression. This sets the stage early on for a disempowered, disconnected, and unloving relationship with our womb, menstrual cycle, body, and sexuality.

During this two-part workshop, we will be reclaiming this pivotal developmental experience by healing and transmuting the negative associations with our cycle; and then opening a loving, nurturing relationship with our yoni and sacred reproductive process.

This is going to be a deep dive (not for the faint of heart), for those ready to bust through potential taboo and shame, as we will be providing you with tools to perform ceremony utilizing the collected blood from your most recent cycle. We will be healing the negative concepts and belief systems associated with our menstrual cycle and bleeding; which will be provided as a sacred offering during a powerful at-home ritual.

The second part of this empowering workshop, we will be performing a rite of passage; with each woman using a handheld mirror to look at, connect to, and open a new dialogue and relationship with her unique and magnificent yoni.

Details

•You will be going home with your own transformational tool kit to perform the at-home ritual.

If you are no longer bleeding, you will be collecting an equivalent amount of saliva to use as a replacement for the at-home ritual.

•Please bring a handheld mirror.

•Consider wearing something loose, like a long skirt, and coming sans underwear to allow for most ease performing the second portion.
