We look forward to welcoming you to Boulder Hot Springs at the upcoming STAR-T Deeper Dive Retreat. Please remember, you will need to arrange your lodging and meals directly with Boulder Hot Springs by calling them at (406) 225-4339 (the registration purchased on this site does not include those costs). Let them know that you are with the STAR-T group in order to receive the group discount rate. To give you an idea of the cost to stay at Boulder: Boulder is offering a retreat rate of $310 - $410 per person, inclusive of two nights stay and all meals during the retreat. The price varies depending on the level of room you choose and is not inclusive of taxes. Again, please contact them for details and when you make your reservation please be sure to also inform them of any special accessibility or dietary requirements.

We will have five 3-hour training sessions to explore more deeply the impact of secondary trauma in our minds, emotions and bodies. Each session will include resilience skills and practice skills that will allow participants to deepen their own toolbox of resilience. Between sessions we will enjoy meals together and ensure for downtime so that you can enjoy this incredible venue. Boulder Hot Springs has beautiful hiking grounds and access to all the soaking in the indoor plunges and outdoor plunges you can do. There is plenty of parking at Boulder Hot Springs and the small community of Boulder, MT is just up the road.

If possible, we recommend you consider arriving the night before the retreat begins, so as to have time to settle in. Dress attire is casual. Please bring comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing which will allow you to participate in activitities both indoors and outside. We also recommend you bring water bottles, a hat, sunscreen, bathing suits, flip flops, and bathrobes to enjoy the hot springs and hiking shoes to enjoy the beautiful surrounding trails.
