Come enjoy an evening of relaxation and healing, exploring ways to support mental health and overall wellness using Acupuncture, Sound Healing Therapy, and Aromatherapy.


Together, these healing “tools” can:

-      Facilitate connection to deeper Self.

About the Event Facilitators:

Leslie – is a yoga teacher, certified sound healer and Reiki Master based in Breckenridge. She offers classes, yoga teacher training, workshops, sound healing, Reiki sessions and wellness retreats. She teaches at Meta Yoga, Frisco Massage and Healing Arts, Namasport and Gravity Haus. You can learn more about her offerings and upcoming events on her website (www.leslieglennyoga.com).

Erin - is a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine practitioner, and nutrition coach.  She sees patients in-person in Breckenridge, as well as through virtual sessions, specializing in pain and orthopedics, womxn’s health, digestive disorders, and stress-induced conditions.  Her practice is Cairn Wellness Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine (www.cairnwellnessco.com).


Special Notes:

·        Please dress comfortably and arrive early to get settled in.

·        Limited yoga mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  You are highly encouraged to bring a yoga mat, as well as blankets, pillows, or whatever else you need to lay down comfortably.
