We focus so often on what’s “wrong” with us and other people. Character Strengths are all about what’s right. Every human on the planet collectively shares 24 universal character strengths. Of those 24, each of us enjoys a unique combination of 5 Signature Strengths. Mine are Humor, Perspective, Honesty, Hope, and Leadership. What are yours What are the innate and effortless virtues that make you unique? Might they include Spirituality, Social Intelligence, Creativity, or Curiosity or something else?


Character Strengths are a language for enhancing the positive within individuals and groups. Are you “playing to your strengths” and those of your loved ones or team members or might you be projecting your own strengths onto others inadvertently, and creating unmet expectations? How can you use your 5 Signature Strengths to cultivate the other 19? How can understanding your own and others’ Signature Strengths harmonize your relationships? What if the occasional disorder and disfunction in our lives might not be due to character “flaws,” but simply character “strengths” that are out of balance?


Join us for this elucidating workshop where you will get a free assessment to determine your personal Signature Strengths and gain insights on how they influence your daily life. You will learn how to leverage your 5 Signature Strengths and use them to cultivate the other 19 for your own personal growth and development as well as appreciate those of others to improve your personal and professional relationships.
